Kathryne
A. Pusch, President and Broker of ConsultKAP, is a seasoned professional consultant and
intermediary. Kathryne began her career consulting for a large international
consulting firm in 1979.
Since then, she has worked successfully within the framework of large
corporations, and small enterprise, across a broad range of industries,
private and public sector.
Kathryne
has owned and managed two small businesses herself, in addition to her
successful business enhancement and brokerage practice. Her consulting work
focuses primarily on preparing businesses for a successful sale and her
intermediary services focus on helping individuals and companies who want to
sell or acquire a business.
Kathryne
is the 2003 President of GABB, the Georgia Association of Business Brokers,
and has been active on Board and leadership positions in GABB since 1998. She has extensive
formal education, including a BS in Marketing and Marketing Research and an
MBA. Kathryne continues her education and
certifications in many fields related to business operations, business
planning, and business transfers as part of her passion for lifelong professional
development.

and instructor, and a published book author.

Dave Woodward, a business
transition specialist at ConsultKAP, has been active in the
Atlanta
business community for over thirty years. He
formed and ran a small business serving the construction industry for most of
that time. Dave has a degree in
Mechanical Engineering from the
University
of
Missouri
and has received many outstanding sales awards during his career.
Dave founded a
manufacturer’s representative organization selling HVAC equipment to
Mechanical Contractors and Institutional end users, which sold equipment in all
phases of commercial construction market. The company developed some niche
markets through unique services to architects, engineers, and building owners.
He and his wife Mary
Beth
have three grown children and four grandchildren.
They live in Alpharetta where they are active in church, neighborhood,
volunteer, and community events. Dave
enjoys Tennis, Golf, Old Cars, and Woodworking. Dave is
currently on medical leave.

Craig
Gorman, a business transition specialist at ConsultKAP, began his
professional career in accounting performing at all levels, including
Vice-President of Finance. He has
also held professional positions in sales, business development, marketing and
finance roles within both start-up ventures and large corporations.
Craig’s industry experience includes real estate, manufacturing,
software, credit card, insurance, telecommunications and advertising.
Craig
earned a BS degree in Accounting from
Tennessee

, and an MBA in International Business from
Georgia
State
University
. His continuing education includes
a CPA certificate, Georgia Real Estate license and a competent toastmaster
certification from Toastmasters International.
Craig and his wife Stacey attend
Buckhead
Church
in
Atlanta. Craig’s hobbies include, running
marathons, golf, politics and international travel.

Anthony
Bernard Anthony, a
business transition specialist at ConsultKAP, has a wealth of experience in all aspects of organizational development and consulting such as Change Management, Strategic Business Planning and Operations Management.
In addition to four years of banking experience with the National Bank of Detroit,
he enjoyed a successful seventeen year career with Ford Motor Company.
Extensive training and progression within the company afforded Bernard the opportunity to develop a highly transferable skill set which has played an integral role in
his success helping other businesses. His last assignment with Ford was the position of Dealer Operations Manager,
overseeing the marketing and sales functions within the Southeast Market Area, one of Ford’s largest regions in the country.
Bernard was responsible for the development of business strategy, managing, coaching, counseling, creating performance metrics, new product implementation and monitoring profit and loss for the regional office and dealer franchise network.
Committed to giving back, Bernard spends countless hours with the Leadership and Professional Development Program at
his alumni, Clark Atlanta University.

Michael D. Ferrell
Michael
Ferrell, a business transition specialist at ConsultKAP, has extensive
experience helping companies enhance their value through innovative business
strategies. Over his career, Michael
has worked for several international companies (e.g., Nissan, McKinsey &
Company and Nestle) and he has also owned two small businesses.
He has held several director level positions and he has worked as a
management consultant serving Fortune 500 companies.
Michael has experience in multiple business disciplines as a result of
his roles in operations, finance, sales and marketing.
He has worked in a total of eight foreign countries and a variety of
industries (e.g., automotive, consumer packaged goods, electronics,
pharmaceutical, steel, pulp & paper and marine).
As a result of this cumulative business experience, Michael has developed
a distinctive set of business skills and knowledge which serves his clients well
as they seek advice on how best to transition into or out of a business.
Michael
has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and has completed McKinsey & Company’s
internal “Mini-MBA” program. He
also serves on the board of directors for Abba House which is a long-term
ministry program for women suffering from addiction and/or abuse.
Michael and his wife Lisa attend Browns Bridge Community Church with
their three children. Michael’s
hobbies include weightlifting, golf and basketball.
